God, The Creator

Are you worshiping God? God being the Creator, Is it foolishness to say that God use animals? He used a fish to swallow Jonah, a bird to feed Elijah.  God used a mule to speak as a man and reprove a mad prophet that was about to be destroyed. God used a plant to grow and die so he may speak to Jonah about life.  God increased oil into vessels to pay a debt and to provide sustenance; increased loaves and fishes to feed the hungry; made wine out of water for a marriage celebration; sent manna to feed his people Israel in the wilderness; put money in a fish's mouth to pay taxes which was not even owed.  God healed the sick, cast out the demons, made the lame to walk, the blind to see, healed diseases all by Jesus Christ.  God wonderfully made our bodies and our souls.  God can keep and preserve our bodies and souls, He's God the Creator.  Our Creator keeps us alive and breathing, without Him, we know, we could not exist to do anything or be blessed.  God made us in His image. It took a thousand years as one day to God to make us. Glorify Him, and be thankful.  Jesus said, Why call me good, there is only one that is good and that is God. Worship the Father God, Who sent his Son.  Commit the keeping of your souls in well doing unto God as unto a Faithful Creator.  Think, Who are you worshiping? God the Creator who sent his Son to be the Savior of the World?  We are dealing with the Almighty God and His Beloved Son Jesus Christ. Worship God in the Spirit and in Truth, Jesus is Truth.  God made all things by Jesus Christ. The Word was made flesh and moved among us, and we beheld Him as the only begotten of the Father.  In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. God said "Let there be.......", and it was....the Word is life.  That life was the light of men, Who is this life, light, truth or Word? The Lord Jesus Christ, because in that name you can only be saved.  God made all things by the Word. God made all things by Jesus Christ. See the similarity.  Jesus had said, It is the spirit that makes it alive, the words that Jesus speaks are spirit and they are life.  The letter kills but the Spirit gives life. No one can turn the Bible around. People are blind until God opens their eyes.  God can tender the heart and he can harden the heart of man.  Jesus had said, In me you might have peace in the world you shall have tribulation. Peace is not Fear So Follow Christ. 🎼A God to save from sin control, gave his Son a sacrifice, his grace abounding in the soul, makes the earth a paradise, What a Mighty God we serve.🎼

Kingdom Of God

And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.  And there shall in no wise enter into it anything that defiles, neither what so ever works abomination, or makes a lie:  And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.  And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald; The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolyte; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst. And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel: And the twelve gates were twelve pearls: every several gate was of one pearl: And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. And the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.  And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.  And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

Revelation 21

Covenant Of The Lord

As for me, this is my covenant with them, said the Lord;

My spirit that is upon you, and my words which I have put in your mouth, Shall not depart out of your mouth, nor out of the mouth of your seed, Nor out of the mouth of your seed's seed, from henceforth and forever.

But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, said the Lord,

I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; And will be their God, and they shall be my people.

In that he said, A new covenant, he has made the first old. Now that which decayed and waxes old is ready to vanish away.

The Lord Jesus Christ's Mission

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because
He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted,
To preach deliverance to the captives,
And recovering of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty them that are bruised,
To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

Luke 4:18-19

Woe To Offenses

But who so shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

And who so ever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

Rejoice over her, you heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets; for God has avenged you on her. And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

Jesus Prays For Us

These words spoke Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify your Son, that your Son also may glorify you: As you have given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as you have given him. And this is life eternal, that they might know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. I have glorified you on the earth: I have finished the work which you gave me to do. And now, O Father, glorify you me with your own self with the glory which I had with you before the world was.  I have manifested your name unto the men which you gave me out of the world: yours they were, and you gave them me; and they have kept your word.  Now they have known that all things whatsoever you have given me are of you.  For I have given unto them the words which you gave me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from you, and they have believed that you did send me.  I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which you have given me; for they are yours.  And all mine are yours, and yours are mine; and I am glorified in them.  And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to you. Holy Father, keep through your own name those whom you have given me, that they may be one, as we are.  While I was with them in the world, I kept them in your name: those that you gave me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.  And now come I to you; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. I have given them your word; and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.  I pray not that you should take them out of the world, but that you should keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.  Sanctify them through your truth: your word is truth.  As you have sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.  And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.  Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; That they all may be one; as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that you have sent me.  And the glory which you gave me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and you in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that you have sent me, and have loved them, as you have loved me. Father, I will that they also, whom you have given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which you have given me: for you loved me before the foundation of the world. O righteous Father, the world have not known you: but I have known you, and these have known that you have sent me.  And I have declared unto them your name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith you have loved me may be in them, and I in them.

John 17:1-26

Everlasting Covenant

Ho, every one that thirst, you come to the waters, and he that has no money; you come buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.  Wherefore do you spend money for that which is not bread? and your labor for that which satisfies not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat you that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.  Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.  Behold, I have given him for a witness to the people, a leader and commander to the people.  Behold, you shall call a nation that you know not, and nations that knew not you shall run unto you because of the Lord your God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for he has glorified you. You seek the Lord while he may be found, you call upon him while he is near:  Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.  For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways, my ways, said the Lord.  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.  For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and returns not there, but waters the earth, and makes it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.  For you shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.  Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

Isaiah 55:1-13

The Desolate Has A Husband

Sing, O barren, you that did not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you that did not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, said the Lord.  Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of your habitations: spare not, lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes; For you shall break forth on the right hand and on the left; and your seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited. Fear not; for you shall not be ashamed: neither be you confounded; for you shall not be put to shame: for you shall forget the shame of your youth, and shall not remember the reproach of your widowhood any more.  For your Maker is your husband; the Lord of hosts is his name; and your Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called. For the Lord has called you as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when you were refused, said your God.  For a small moment have I forsaken you; but with great mercies will I gather you.  In a little wrath, I hid my face from you for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on you, said the Lord your Redeemer.  For this is as the waters of Noah unto me: for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with you, nor rebuke you.  For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from you, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, said the Lord that has mercy on you. O you afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay your stones with fair colors, and lay your foundations with sapphires.  And I will make your windows of agates, and your gates of carbuncles, and all your borders of pleasant stones.  And all your children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of your children.  In righteousness shall you be established: you shall be far from oppression; for you shall not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near you.  Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against you shall fall for your sake.  Behold, I have created the smith that blows the coals in the fire, and that brings forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.  No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, said the Lord.

Isaiah 54:1-17

Trust In The Lord

Trust in the Lord with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding.  In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths.  Be not wise in your own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.

Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Prov. 3:5-7; Phil. 4:5-7

Conviction

We all need to be thankful for ALL God has completely done for us, that is my prayer. Amen. Praise the Lord! Hanging a cross on your neck doesn't make you believe better, tattoos don't make you believe better, you should receive Jesus in your heart not with images on your bodies or walls. The Holy Spirit will cause you to remember. If you received Christ, you should walk in Christ, Not in your dead sinful life, Christ died on the cross for you, You should have died to your sins. Shall we continue in sin that grace abound in our lives, God forbid, you are dead to sin and how can you live any longer in your sinful ways.  He that believes in Jesus have everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation but is passed from death unto life, saved. We say saved so much, What is saved? What are we saved from, I said this before, We are saved from the wrath of God. (Noah's Ark and God) if the Lord Jesus is your Savior He will keep you and give you the Holy Spirit to guide you into all truth? Right? Did your earthly pastor or priest save you? Or did Jesus Christ save you? Who saved you? Think. Is the Lord Jesus your Personal Savior? Don't play church, Are you baptized into the body of Christ or not? Sunday church can't save nobody, Jesus saves anywhere, He wants. You can't wait till the last minute for Christ or knowing Christ. Remember Noah's Ark. It might not be Sunday when he comes back, Think. That's why you need the Holy Spirit for yourself. That's the oil in the vessels. Remember the story when He said I never knew you. You have to have your own relationship with God and the Lord Jesus Christ. You can't depend or lean on anyone not even your pastor. Remember the five foolish and the five wise virgins and how some did not take any oil in their vessels. They had no relationship with God. A Moslem asked me, "How do you know the bible is God's word, and a man wrote it?", I said "A man wrote the quran" now what?" Your spirit should be bearing witness to the word of God, Shouldn't it! God used holy men of God moved by the Holy Ghost to write the scriptures. You think that God is not watching over his word? If you are not faithful in what God has given you by the Holy Bible why look for more scrolls? You think that God is disorganized. How can you make fun of God's holy word? Isn't God your life, would you play with your soul or play with your food. Isn't the Holy Spirit the comforter who guides you into all truth. Why ask me? Ask God to give you the Holy Spirit to live in you. Maybe you should ask God what is truth? Or do you think God is not real to answer you or do you think that God don't like you. Someone asked me what is truth? It is not a lie, that is what it is. Charity rejoice in the truth, it might sound bad but it is the truth. Truth is any truth that is the honest truth. How can we say we trust God, when we will not open our hearts to God? Humbling yourself and really telling Him the truth maybe we will know him and ourselves a little better. Maybe you think you don't need HIS help, and you can keep yourselves, didn't HE save us and won't he be a Father to us, Right? Maybe we should keep our hearts tender before the Lord. Jesus said He that hunger and thirst after righteousness they shall be filled. Maybe you are not hungry nor thirsty? Everything is not always for me. It could be for you. Draw nigh to God and He will draw nigh to you. Why is the devil attacking you? Ask God? Maybe the Lord is allowing him to make you come to Him. Do you communicate to HIM that teaches all things? God is a Spirit. How can you say you pray, isn't that communication to God? To get the answers not depending on google to search it out but depending on the Spirit God to show you the truth? Jesus Christ is the ultimate truth, because you are complete in Him. Some people like the darkness rather than the light because they love to be deceived or to keep their eyes shut. You know the scriptures but do you do the scriptures or do you follow the scriptures? Follow the truth which is Jesus Christ. Are you crying out for truth or do you rather have deception or smooth words that will not stir you up for more of Jesus Christ in your life.  Jesus said You will know the truth and the truth shall make you free. Why aren't people wanting more truth in their lives? Truth is Light. People say pray for me, but I will pray that God meets you halfway, so then you must humble yourself and pray. When Jesus walked the earth, people cried out and were moved by faith to be healed and delivered. God is light and in Him there is no darkness or God is truth and in him is no deception. Though the truth doesn't sound good, The truth makes you free. And I might offend with the truth. Sorry, but I'm not sorry for the truth.

The Law Of Liberty

For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, He is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholds himself, and goes his way, and Straightway forget what manner of man he was. But whoso looks into the perfect law of liberty, And continue therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, But a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

It is the spirit that quickens; the flesh profits nothing: The words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

James 1:23-25;John 6:63;2 Cor. 3:17

A Great Reward

For if you love them which love you, what thank have you? For sinners also love those that love them.

And if you do good to them which do good to you, what thank have you? For sinners also do even the same.

And if you lend to them of whom you hope to receive, what thank have you? For sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.

But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; And your reward shall be great, and you shall be the children of the Highest:For he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

Be you therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.

Luke 6:32-36

Life Measurements

Judge not, and you shall not be judged:
Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned:
Forgive, and you shall be forgiven:
Give, and it shall be given unto you;
Good measure, pressed down, and shaken together,
And running over, shall men give into your bosom.
For with the same measure that you meet with all,
It shall be measured to you again.

Luke 6:37-39

Live For Christ

I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind, I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin. There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: And these are contrary the one to the other: So that you cannot do the things that you would. But if you be led of the Spirit, you are not under the law.

Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these: Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, As I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: Against such, there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Rom. 7:25;Rom. 8:1;Gal. 5:16-25

Confounding The Wise

For you see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:

But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise;and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

And base things of the world, and things which are despised, has God chosen, Yea, and things which are not, to bring to nothing things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence.

1 Cor 1:26-29

Do You Love Life?

For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. And who is he that will harm you, if you be followers of that which is good? But and if you suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are you: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled; But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asks you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ. For it is better, if the will of God be so, that you suffer for well-doing than for evil doing.

1 Pet. 3:10-17

Suffering Of Christ

And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him:If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:If we believe not, yet he abides faithful: he cannot deny himself.

Wherefore in all things behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.  For in that he himself has suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.

Rom. 8:17;2 Tim. 2:11-13; Heb. 2:17-18

The sons Of God

He came unto his own, and his own received him not.  But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

For if you live after the flesh, you shall die: but if you through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, you shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

That you may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom you shine as lights in the world;

John 1:11-13; Rom. 8:13-15;Phil. 2:15

Power Of God

And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and overall the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; But rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

Luke 10:18-20

The Revelation Of God

He that hears you, hears me,
And he that despises you, despises me;
And he that despises me, despises him that sent me.

All things are delivered to me of my Father:
And no man knows who the Son is, but the Father;
And who the Father is, but the Son,
And he to whom the Son will reveal him.

Luke 10:16+22

Servantship Or Friendship?

But when you are bidden, go and sit down in the lowest room; that when he that bade you comes, he may say unto you, Friend, go up higher: then shall you have worship in the presence of them that sit at meat with you.

And he sat down, and called the twelve, and said unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all.

And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.

But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat? And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird yourself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward you shall eat and drink? Do he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not. So likewise you, when you shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

Blessed are those servants, whom the Lord when he comes shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.

And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest. And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. But you shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that do serve. For whether is greater, he that sits at meat, or he that serves? is not he that sits at meat? but I am among you as he that serves. You are they which have continued with me in my temptations. And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father have appointed unto me; That you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto your servants, that with all boldness they may speak your word,

For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.

For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differs nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;

Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knows not what his Lord do: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

We Are Named After Him

And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world has been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him. Wherefore I desire that you faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory. For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passes knowledge, that you might be filled with all the fulness of God. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that work within us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

Eph. 3: 9-21

God And Fear

There is no fear in love,
For perfect love cast out, the fear,
Because fear has torment,
He that fears is not made perfect in love,
We love him because He first loved us.

God has not given us the spirit of fear,
But of Power, and of Love, and of a Sound Mind.

1 John 4:18; 2 Tim. 1:7

Enter Into God's Rest

Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.  And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.  And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.  These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens, And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.  But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.

Gen. 2:1-6

Spiritual Eyes And Ears

For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither have the eye seen, O God, beside you, what he had prepared for him that wait for him. But as it is written, Eye have not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God have prepared for them that love him.

Your words have been stout against me, said the Lord. Yet you say, What have we spoken so much against you? You have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the Lord of hosts? And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered. Then they that feared the Lord spoke often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name. And they shall be mine, said the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spares his own son that serves him. Then shall you return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serves God and him that serves him not.

Who have ears to hear, let him hear.  And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speaks you unto them in parables?  He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.  For whosoever have, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever have not, from him shall be taken away even that he have. Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing, see not; and hearing, they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which said, By hearing you shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing, you shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which you see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which you hear, and have not heard them.

The Ground With Great Price

For he that sows to his flesh shall of the flesh, reap corruption; But he that sows to the Spirit shall of the Spirit, reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: For in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Say you to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: For they shall eat the fruit of their doings.

Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: For the reward of his hands shall be given him.

God And Temptations

There has no temptation taken you
But such as is common to man: but
God is faithful, who will not suffer
You to be tempted above that you
Are able; but will with the temptation
Also make a way to escape,
That you may be able to bear it.

Where in you greatly rejoice,
Though now for a season, if need be,
You are in heaviness through manifold
Temptations:

My brethren, count it all joy when
You fall into divers temptations;
Knowing this, that the trying of your
Faith works patience.

The Lord knows how to deliver
The godly out of temptations, and to
Reserve the unjust unto the day of
Judgment to be punished:

The Kingdom Of Heaven

Blessed are the poor in spirit: For theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.

The Kingdom of Heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, Which a man took, and sowed in his field: Which indeed is the least of all seeds: But when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come, And lodge in the branches thereof.

So then neither is he that plants anything, neither he that waters; but God that gives the increase.

Matt. 5:3, Matt. 13:31-32, 1 Cor 3:7

Trust God When All Fails

That we were pressed out of measure, above strength, in so much that we despaired even of life: But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, But in God which raises the dead: Who delivered us from so great a death, and do deliver: In whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;

It is not expedient for me doubtless to glory. I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord. I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God know;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God know;) How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter. Of such an one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory, but in mine infirmities. For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he see me to be, or that he hear of me. And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

2 Cor. 1:8-10;2 Cor. 12:1-10

The Heart And Tongue

Behold, we put bits in the horses' mouths, That they may obey us; and we turn about their whole body.

Behold, also the ships, which though, they be so great, And are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, where so ever the Governor lists.

My Brethren, be not of many Masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. But if you have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, Glory not, and lie not against the truth.

If any man come to me, hate not his father, mother, wife, children, brethren, sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. And who so ever do not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.

And Jesus said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For who so ever will save his life shall lose it: but who so ever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.

No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asks you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

Singing Songs To The Lord

And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives. Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, Singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; Teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns. And spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.

Matt. 26:30; Eph. 5:19; Col. 3:16; Jam. 5:13.

Truth Will Not Defile

So then neither is he that plant anything, neither he that waters; but God that gives the increase.  Now he that plants and he that waters are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labor.  For we are laborers together with God: you are God's husbandry, you are God's building.  According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another builds thereon. But let every man take heed how he builds there upon.  For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.  Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.  If any man's work stay which he has built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.  If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.  Know you not that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?  If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.

1 Cor. 3:7-17

The Witness Of God

For there are three that bear record in Heaven:
The Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost,
And these three are one.

And there are three that bear witness in Earth:
The Spirit, and the Water, and the Blood,
And these three agree in one.

If we receive the witness of men?
The witness of God is greater.
For this is the witness of God:
Which He has testified of His Son.

1 John 5:7-9

Think And Consider

If The Lord Jesus saved you,
What did He really save you from?
And If the Lord Jesus saved you,
Why are you still struggling?

Remember, The Lord saved you,
You did not save yourself,
And you couldn't save yourself,
That's why The Lord Jesus, saved you.

If The Lord Jesus saved you,
Isn't He faithful to keep you saved?

That's why we must trust him,
It is trust, that releases our faith,
In God's Holy Spirit.

Come To The Light

And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness, light before them, and crooked things, straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.

That was the true Light, which lights every man that comes into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone that does evil hates the light, neither comes to the light, less his deeds should be reproved. But he that does truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

And he that sees me sees him that sent me. I am come a light into the world, that who so ever believes on me should not stay in darkness. And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.

They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what say you? This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not. So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. And again he stooped down and wrote on the ground. And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. When Jesus had lifted up himself and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those your accusers? has no man condemned you? She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn you: go, and sin no more. Then spoke Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

God And Persecution

And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that has left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that hears the word, and and on with joy receives it; Yet he has not root in himself, but endures for a while: for when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, by and by he is offended. But what think you? A certain man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said, Son, go work to day in my vineyard.  He answered and said, I will not: but afterward he repented, and went.  And he came to the second, and said likewise. And he answered and said, I go, sir: and went not.  Whether of them two did the will of his father? Then said Jesus unto them, All you shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad. But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee. Peter answered and said unto him, Though all men shall be offended because of you, yet will I never be offended. Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto you, That this night, before the cock crow, you shall deny me three times. Peter said unto him, Though I should die with you, yet will I not deny you. Likewise also said all the disciples. Now Peter sat without in the palace: and a damsel came unto him, saying, You also was with Jesus of Galilee.  But he denied before them all, saying, I know not what you say.  And when he was gone out into the porch, another maid saw him, and said unto them that were there, This fellow was also with Jesus of Nazareth. And again he denied with an oath, I do not know the man.  And after a while came unto him they that stood by, and said to Peter, Surely you also are one of them; for your speech reveals you.  Then began he to curse and to swear, saying, I know not the man. And immediately the cock crew. And Peter remembered the word of Jesus, which said unto him, Before the cock crow, you shall deny me three times. And he went out, and wept bitterly. After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him. Now the Jew's feast of tabernacles was at hand. His brethren therefore said unto him, Depart from here, and go into Judaea, that your disciples also may see the works that you do.  For there is no man that do any thing in secret, and he himself seek to be known openly. If you do these things, show yourself to the world.  For neither did his brethren believe in him.  Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is always ready.  The world cannot hate you; but me it hate, because I testify of it, that the works there of are evil.  Go you up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast: for my time is not yet full come.  When he had said these words unto them, he stayed still in Galilee.  But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret. This is now the third time that Jesus showed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead. So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, loves you me more than these? He said unto him, Yea, Lord; you know that I love thee. He said unto him, Feed my lambs. He said to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, loves you me? He said unto him, Yea, Lord; you know that I love you. He said unto him, Feed my sheep. He said unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, loves you me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Love you me? And he said unto him, Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you. Jesus said unto him, Feed my sheep. Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When you was young, you gird yourself, and walk where you would: but when you shall be old, you shall stretch forth your hands, and another shall gird you, and carry you where you would not. Peter said, "Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Jesus Christ has showed me". Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

Compare Measurements

For we dare not make ourselves of the number or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.

But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God have distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you.

2 Cor. 10:12-13

It's Not Backsliding

My people have been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray, they have turned them away on the mountains: they have gone from mountain to hill, they have forgotten their resting place.

My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them.

He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.

What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, do not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lay it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he come home, he call together his friends and neighbors, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.

Church Going Anti-Christs

For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.  But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeks such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.  You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, you do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do you.   Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.  He therefore that despise, despise not man or woman, but God, who has also given unto us his Holy Spirit.  If you were of the world, the world would love his own: but because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hate you.  We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren.

The Same Comfort

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comfort us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort where with we ourselves are comforted of God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abound by Christ.

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may stay with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not, neither know him: but you know him; for he lives with you, and shall be in you.  I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, what so ever I have said unto you. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world give, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Saved From The Wrath Of God

And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he steadfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem, And sent messengers before his face: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him. And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem. And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, will you that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, You know not what manner of spirit you are of.  For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village. He that believes on the Son has everlasting life: and he that believes not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God stays on him.  But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy.  Now it is in mine heart to make a covenant with the LORD God of Israel, that his fierce wrath may turn away from us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.  God is jealous, and the LORD revenges; the LORD revenges, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserves wrath for his enemies.  And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know. And the men turned their faces from there, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the LORD. And Abraham drew near, and said, Will you also destroy the righteous with the wicked? Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: will you also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein? That be far from you to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from you: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes. And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon myself to speak unto the LORD, which am but dust and ashes: Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: will you destroy all the city for lack of five? And he said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it. And he spoke unto him yet again, and  said, Peradventure there shall be forty found there. And he said, I will not do it for forty's sake. And he said unto him, Oh let not the LORD be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there. And he said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the LORD: Peradventure there shall be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for twenty's sake. And he said, Oh let not the LORD be angry, and I will speak yet but this once:  Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten's sake. And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an example unto those that after should live ungodly; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: (For that righteous man living among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished: Remember Lot's wife. There have no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it. By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.  Which sometime were disobedient, when once the long-suffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.  And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.  The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long-suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.  But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?  Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness.  Wherefore, beloved, seeing that you look for such things, be diligent that you may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.

Holy Jerusalem

The blessings of your father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.

Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.

Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.

He waters the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of your works.

And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing.

You are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth out of the house of the LORD, and shall water the valley of Shittim.

And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.

And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me that great city, the Holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,

And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. For as much as you saw that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands,

The Sword Of The Spirit

Your word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against you.

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asks you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

For he is the minister of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid; for he bears not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that do evil.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp two-edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shines in his strength.

Weapons Of Our Warfare

The thief (devil) comes not, But for to steal, And to kill, And to destroy: Jesus came that the sheep might have life And that they might have it more abundantly.

But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, You know not what manner of spirit you are of. For the Son of man is not come to destroy men lives, but to save them.

And that you put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbor: for we are members one of another. Be you angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil. Let him that stole, steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that need.

For the wrath of man works not the righteousness of God.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, But against principalities, against powers, Against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passes away.

Yesterday, Today, And Forever

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

And it shall come to pass in the last days, said God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy.

I would that you all spoke with tongues but rather that you prophesied: for greater is he that prophesies than he that speaks with tongues, except he interprets, that the church may receive edifying. Even so you, for as much as you are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that you may excel to the edifying of the church. Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also said the law. And if they will learn anything, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

Holy Spirit Reproves

And when the Comforter comes, He will reprove:

The world of sin,
And of righteousness,
And of judgment:

Of sin,
Because they believe not on me;

Of righteousness,
Because I go to my Father, and you see me no more;

Of judgment,
Because the prince of this world is judged.

John 16:8-11

God's Spoken Word

Now you are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

And now come I to you; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.  I have given them your word; and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

You Are Come Unto Mt. Sion

But you are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaks better things than that of Abel.  Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which do so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself unless you be wearied and faint in your minds. You have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. See that you refuse not him that speaks. For if they escaped not who refused him that spoke on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaks from heaven: Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he has promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. And this word, Yet once more, signifying the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: For our God is a consuming fire.

Hebrews 12 Chapter

Faithful Over A Few Things

Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man comes. For the kingdom of heaven is as a man traveling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.  And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several abilities; and straightway took his journey. Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents. And likewise, he that had received two, he also gained other two. But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money. After a long time, the lord of those servants comes and reckons with them. And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, you delivered unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more. His lord said unto him, Well done, you good and faithful servant: you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter you into the joy of your lord. He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, you delivered unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them. His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter you into the joy of your lord. Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew you that you are an hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not strawed: And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the earth: Here, there you have that is yours. His lord answered and said unto him, You wicked and slothful servant, you knew that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed: You ought, therefore, to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming, I should have received mine own with usury. Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which has ten talents. For unto every one that has shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him, that has not shall be taken away even that which he has. And cast you the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Matt. 25:13-30

Holy Ghost Power To Witness

And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.

Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.

Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

And you are witnesses of these things. And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry you in the city of Jerusalem, until you be endued with power from on high.

But you shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and you shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, You men of Israel, why marvel you at this? or why look you so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?

And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have you done this?

And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.

God's House

Except the LORD build the house, they labor in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman wakes but in vain.

But know this, that if the good man of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house:

How be it the most High lives not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet, Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will you build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest? Has not my hand made all these things?

For every house is built by some man; but He that built all things is God. But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.

Who shall tell you words, where by you and all your house shall be saved.

And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved, and your house.

Therefore who so ever hears these sayings of mine, and do them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

Now therefore you are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

For a day in your courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

Beauty For Ashes

All things work together for good to them that love God and to them that are the called according to his purpose. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding, abundantly, above all, that we ask or think according to the power that works within us. His sheep know his voice and a stranger shall they not follow but shall flee from them for they know not the voice of strangers. The natural mind cannot receive the things of the Spirit for its foolishness to the natural mind, neither can it know the things of God because they are spiritually discerned. But the Spirit of God freely reveals these things to us through Christ.  The Holy Spirit will bring everything that Jesus said to your remembrance, which will comfort you.

For Times And For Seasons

And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

And He changes the times and the seasons: He removes kings, and set up kings: He gives wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:

Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen His star in the east, and are come to worship him.

And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father have put in his own power. But you shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and you shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, You men of Galilee, Why stand you gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as you have seen him go into heaven.

But of the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction comes upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.

If God Be For Us?

Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searches the hearts know what is the mind of the Spirit, because he makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.  For whom he did foreknow, he also did preordained to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did preordained, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifies. Who is he that condemns? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For Jesus sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In righteousness shall you be established: you shall be far from oppression; for you shall not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near you.  Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: who so ever shall gather together against you shall fall for your sake. Behold, I have created the smith that blows the coals in the fire, and that bring forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.  No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, said the Lord.

Marriage is a Covenant Relationship

Marriage is Two of the Opposite Sex,
Marriage is a Commitment between Two not One,
Marriage is Honorable and Sacred,
Marriage is a Friendship not Abusive,
Marriage is Known to All Family and Friends,
Marriage is Not a Secret Relationship.

"I DO" must be said and meant, to have a pure relationship.
PoetDeerfield

Marriage is honorable in all and the bed is undefiled, but whore-mongers and adulterers God will judge.

Now concerning the things where of you wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.  Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. Let the husband render unto the wife due charitableness: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.

Notwithstanding, I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, which call herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.  Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

Heb. 13:4;1 Cor. 7:1-40;Rev. 2:20-23

Are Some Of Us Eunuchs? Or Virgins?

The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause? And he answered and said unto them, Have you not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they two shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder. They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away? He said unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so. And I say unto you, Who so ever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, commits adultery: and who so married her which is put away do commit adultery. His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry. But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given. For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

Now concerning the things where of you wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.  Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. Let the husband render unto the wife due charitableness: and likewise also the wife unto the husband. The wife has not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband has not power of his own body, but the wife. Defraud you not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan don't tempt you for your incontinency. But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment. For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man has his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that. I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, it is good for them if they stay even as I. But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn. And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband: But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife. But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother has a wife that believes not, and she is pleased to live with him, let him not put her away. And the woman which has a husband that believes not, and if he is pleased to lives with her, let her not leave him. For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean, but now are they holy. But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God has called us to peace. For what know you, O wife, whether you shall save your husband? or how know you, O man, whether you shall save your wife? Now concerning virgins, I have no commandment of the Lord: yet I give my judgment, as one that has obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful. I suppose therefore that this is good for the present distress, I say, that it is good for a man so to be. Are you bound unto a wife? seek not to be loosed. Are you loosed from a wife? seek not a wife. But and if you marry, you have not sinned; and if a virgin marries, she has not sinned. Never the less such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you. But this I say, brethren, the time is short: it remains, that both they that have wives be as though they had none; But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried cares for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord: But he that is married cares for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife. There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman cares for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married cares for the things of the world, how she may please her husband. And this I speak for your own profit; not that I may cast a snare upon you, but for that which is comely, and that you may attend upon the Lord without distraction. The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband lives; but if her husband is dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord. But she is happier if she so stays, after my judgment: and I think also that I have the Spirit of God. And they that weep, as though they wept not; and they that rejoice, as though they rejoiced not; and they that buy, as though they possessed not; And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passes away.

Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God. Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loves his wife loves himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourished and cherished it, even as the Lord the church: For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. Never the less let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself, and the wife see that she reverence her husband.
